Anchor Charts Galore!

Hello bloggy world! Can you believe tomorrow is already October?! For us Michiganders, we do it a bit backwards in that our state-wide assessments are in October. So, we spend our first months prepping while many of you are setting up your reading, writing and math routines!

On top of reviewing for the upcoming MEAP (Michigan's state test), I also have to find time to launch our Reading and Writing Workshop and set up our data tracking binders for ELA and Math!

Today, I want to do a quick and easy "photo dump" if you will, to show you what I've been up to! I also am linking up with Clutter-Free Classroom's Snapshots on a Sunday!

Nothin' better than oogling over other bloggers' photos for a little Sunday night inspiration!!

Setting up Reading Workshop:

Picking "just right books" and building our stamina!!

Setting up Writing Workshop:

Please excuse my fabulous art skills. Really? Great soccer ball. FAIL!

I turned our anchor charts into printables for students' writing folders. They can also be used as writing posters for the classroom:

I'd love to hear how you set up your reading, writing, and math routines!
